Women on Weights

Women, this class is tailored just for you!

The goal of Women on Weights is to educate and support you in moving toward your current health & fitness goal, no matter if that is improving your posture, increasing your strength, losing body mass, gaining body positivity, working on mobility, or all of the above! This small-group, six-week beginner class teaches you proper weight – lifting etiquette, technique and routine, while building a support group of women who encourage one another in the gym. Time will be spent in the classroom and the weight room.
