Whether you are looking to build your cardio, strength, flexibility, or endurance, our drop-in water fitness classes are sure to provide a low-impact and fun avenue for fitness. Pick the class or classes that work best in your schedule. See the descriptions below to help you choose the best class for your fitness level and preferences. Deep Aqua Fit: Improve your strength, endurance, and flexibility with this overall body workout, geared toward an intermediate level.

Cardio Splash: A high energy class that will give you an overall moderate level cardio and strength workout, while helping to improve balance and coordination. Join us for a one of a kind workout in the shallow end that’s so fun, you won’t know the time is passing! For all levels.

Splash B.A.M: Dance fitness with a splash.  Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding an invigorating, low impact, high energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Great Music!  Great Fun!  This is a shallow water class for all levels.

Aqua Bootcamp: A great program that incorporates fast-paced, high-intensity aerobics classes using body sculpting, interval cardio training and aqua kick. It combines strength training and aerobic conditioning with water resistance to give you an awesome overall body workout!  The instructor uses an athletic approach that emphasizes coordination and agility.  The outcome will be increased cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility, muscle strength and toning.

YMCA Arthritis ClassAquatic exercise can benefit people with arthritis and other similar conditions, such as fibromyalgia and osteoporosis. Aquatic exercise offers a low-impact environment to keep joints flexible, muscles strong and help reduce the pain associated with arthritis. This class is also for anyone who wants to exercise gently in an aquatic environment. The soothing buoyancy and hydrostatic pressure of water make this program ideal for relieving pain, stiffness and fatigue. The water provides gentle resistance to build muscle strength and support joints to encourage free movement.
