LUKE SCHIHL
My name is Luke Schihl and I serve here at the Cadillac YMCA as Fitness Coordinator, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, & Senior Fit Instructor. I train with folks from ages 14-94 and everywhere in between! My training style is diverse, client based, and catered to the goals of each individual client. I always aim to lecture far less, listen way more, and keep client feedback as the basis for every element of training. As a Massage Therapist of 23 years, I aspire to help clients integrate an approach that connects the mind, body, and spirit. Whether goals are performance based, health based, or aesthetic based, our best effort will be made to make you feel at home while you pursue them. Let me lean on your machine while you chase your dreams!

BRI GILBERT
I’m Bri, an experienced personal trainer, group exercise instructor and fitness enthusiast. I take great joy in helping people to unlock and achieve their true potential in a safe and supportive environment. I’m passionate about helping my clients reach their goals and develop healthy living habits to maintain long-term success. Through creative individualized programing, I focus on motivating my clients to reach their goals and empower them to lead healthier lifestyles. My goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their lives by introducing or reinforcing the important connection between physical health and mental well-being.

ROCKY STOLL
Hello my name is Rocky! I have been a certified personal trainer for a year and a half, I have been active and in the gym for over 5 years. My personal style of training and something that has always been my goal is functional training. I don’t want to just have muscle, I want to be able to use it, I am active all the way from CrossFit competitions to running races. My experience with all of that has lead me down many different paths in the training world. I try to tailor plans and workouts to my clients needs to work towards a balanced, functional body. I have worked with people rehabbing injuries, to weight loss, even just bringing more passion to people just starting their fitness journeys. My main goal is to be healthy first and have fun while doing so, it’s not only possible but it’s achievable and I am more than happy to share my path, my knowledge and my passion for fun and fitness with you!!
