10U Speed Lacrosse

10U is  3 vs 3 Speed Lacrosse. Speed Lacrosse is a modified version of field lacrosse where 3rd and 4th graders will learn the basic skills of the game. The focus will be on ball and stick handling techniques. The goal of the 10U program is to provide many opportunities to handle the ball and learn how fun lacrosse can be!

We use a soft lacrosse ball. You will need to provide your own aluminum shaft lacrosse stick (not plastic shaft “fiddlestick”).
