Winter Sports Prep Class

Hitting the hills or trails this winter? Get in shape by joining us in this 6 week winter sports prep class! This class is a combination of stretching and strengthening to help anyone that participates in snow sports (skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, etc…) prepare for the upcoming winter season!

Ages 14 – 99! (Ages 14-15 must have an wellness center orientation.)

Mondays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

November 2nd – December 7th, 2020
