I graduated from the Lake City Area Schools in 1989. After graduating, I joined the Army and was stationed at Camp Pelham Korea, Ft Olka LA and Ft Leon Wood Mo. After completing my 4 years, I came home and joined the National Guard for another 10 years. I have owned and operated Atkins’ Electric for 23 years. I have been married to my wife Tammy for 31 years. We have 2 children together, Brad and Megan.  My son Brad has followed in my footsteps of being an electrician and my daughter Megan is a residency as a surgeon at Detroit Medical Center. I have enjoyed my time working with business and homeowners of Missaukee and Wexford County areas. My son Brad and I also started Atkin’s Ranch in 2019, where we raise beef cattle. My pastimes include hunting in Michigan and other states, traveling. Riding my Harley Davidson is always a nice weekend adventure.
