A native Michigander and veteran of the United States Air Force, Patrick Cherry is a shareholder and trial attorney at McCurdy Wotila & Porteous. Patrick also serves on the boards for the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan and Legal Services of Northern Michigan. He is also a past Chair of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan and past President of the Wexford-Missaukee Bar Association. Patrick’s love affair with the arts began at a young age through band and reached its apex in a first declared major of musical theater in college. Although he later changed his major, Patrick has remained passionate about music, theater, and all other arts; especially loud and embarrassing car singing. In his private time, Patrick stays busy hiking, gaming, and keeping up with his three children. He also volunteers as counsel to the board of directors of Up North Arts, Inc in Cadillac.
