My name is Nathanial Sigsbey, my wife Chelsie and I own and operate 2 The Moon Bakery in Lake City. We met at the Great Lakes Culinary Institute in Traverse City where we discovered our love for food together. Also known as Chef Ziggy, I’ve had a long passion for the culinary arts, gardening and being an outdoor enthusiast. Growing up in Traverse City I frequently attend events at the YMCA there as well as play sports after school with friends. Now that we live in Lake City, I’m excited to be back supporting the Y in a new town but for the same purpose. I can really resonate with the above Proverb as I always embraced mine inter fool. Just ask anyone that knows me well, I’m a pretty goofy guy. I’m honored to have been cast for this event and hope you love our performance as much as we have loved learning it.
