Fueled by coffee, curiosity, and maybe a few TikTok tutorials, Caitlyn is on a mission to prove that grace isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you dance your way into.

She’s a proud mom to two wild and wonderful boys (ages 9 and 6) and has been married for 10 years. Caitlyn works at AKWEL as an Executive Assistant and is transitioning into a role as an Environmental Engineer. She’s also a Chamber Ambassador, YMCA board member, and active on several community committees.

A Cadillac resident for 7 years, she loves the community and everything it offers. The YMCA holds a special place in her heart—both as a board member and regular attendee with her family.

When she’s not working or volunteering, Caitlyn enjoys running, hiking, visiting the Y, reading, and staying caffeinated. There’s always music in her ears, and now, she’s ready to dance to it.
