AGES 18+

Burn & Pump Workout is a progressive class that provides a variety of muscle building exercises using different types of equipment to help you get stronger. This class is being taught by Rob McGregor who is an ACE certified personal trainer and NASM MMA conditioning specialist.

Wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm
