Fitness For Teens
Join us every Thursday for an alternative and challenging workout. We will be doing a variety of training techniques using weights, pads, bands, and your own body. This is your chance to kick, punch, run, and lift your way into shape. Any and all fitness levels welcome. Stay healthy this year with awesome new workouts!
