This Class will use light to moderate hand weights ans some resisitance bands.
These will be untilized in low impact movement to build muscle and burn fat.

YogaFitYoga
ages 13 and up
YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

Taekwon-Do

(Ages 7 and up) TKD
Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art that builds fitness; enhances self-esteem and positive values; teaches self-defense; provides fellowship, comradary and fun!

Instructor:  Steve Osborn, PhD is a fourth degree black belt in Taekwon-Do and State Director for the United States Taekwon-Do Federation.  He is certified in and teaches the Chang Hun style.

Sessions are 16-weeks NEW STUDENTS WELCOME at the beginning of a new session. Please contact the Cadillac Area YMCA to find out when the next session begins.

Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. (No class during holiday breaks)

YMCA Water Fitness

This aqua aerobic class will focus on cardio- respiratory training and muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and motion.  This class is for anyone interested in improving their overall fitness in a low impact environment.  No swimming skills are necessary.  The class will be taught in 3-5ft. of water.Water Fitness

For teens, adults, and seniors 16 years of age and above
