GRIT and POWER
Grit & Power builds total body strength, muscular endurance and lean muscle. We will use moderate to heavy loads with low to medium repetitions to increase your strength and rev up your metabolism. Grit and Power will take place in the wellness center with access to machines and free weights. This class is being taught by Janelle Dubbs-Schmeling who is an ACE certified personal trainer.
