Beginner 5K Training
Have you ever wanted to run a 5K but unsure of where to start? An experienced endurance runner will teach you how to start for your ability level. Build endurance, stamina, and confidence to run your first 5k. We’ll cover strength, stretching for runners, and race nutrition for the whole package. You’ll finish this 6 week program in time to run any 5K with confidence. Ages 18 and up.
