We offer individualized programs to meet the needs of people with different abilities. Our adapted aquatics program is structured around individual goals. From water safety, to functional swimming, to adapted exercise programs-we work towards each individual’s goals. Some benefits of aquatics include:
-Improved endurance, strength, and flexibility.
-Improved motor planning skills.
-Increased movement and independence for those with physical challenges while on land.
-Learning functional swimming and water safety skills.
-Opportunities for involvement in the community and socialization.
