FREE 7th Grade Youth Memberships

FREE 7th Grade Program

The YMCA partners with local donors to run our Free 7th Grade Program, which gives any 7th grader a free youth membership. Parents must complete a 7th Grade Membership Application and submit it to the Cadillac Area YMCA to obtain the membership. Proof may be requested by the YMCA in order to verify the youth’s grade. The 7th-grade program ends August 31, 2024, so youth will be able to take advantage of free summer youth programming like our summer food program or many of our STEM-based programs. Free membership includes the use of the teen center, open gym & swimming hours, and use of the whole facility.
